Terms of service

1. The service

holaweb, operated by Digital Swap LLC, designs, hosts and maintains a website for your business. The service includes a domain name, hosting, security, backups, a contact form, online booking where applicable, and reasonable content changes requested by email.

2. Price and billing

The service costs $19.99 per month, billed in advance to the payment method you provide. There is no setup fee. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.

3. Initial term

Your subscription has an initial term of 12 monthly payments. This covers the design work and the first year of your domain registration. After the 12th payment, the subscription continues month to month.

4. Cancellation

After the initial term, you may cancel at any time and no further payments will be taken. There is no cancellation fee.

If you cancel or stop paying before the initial term is complete, billing stops, your website is taken offline, and the domain name remains registered to holaweb until the initial term has been paid in full. We do not charge early-termination fees and we do not refer unpaid balances to collections. If you later pay the remaining months, your website is restored and the domain is transferred to you.

5. Domain ownership

Once the initial term is paid in full, the domain name is yours. On request we will transfer it to a registrar account in your name. While your subscription is active we renew it each year at no extra cost.

6. Content and changes

You own the text, images and information about your business. You give holaweb permission to publish them on your website. You may request changes by replying to any email from us; we aim to complete small changes within one business day. Large redesigns may be quoted separately.

You are responsible for making sure the content you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use it.

7. Availability

We aim to keep your website online at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for lost business caused by downtime, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change materially affects you, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect.
